A practical starting point
Start with one journey.
Decide with evidence.
You do not need to start with every workflow in the bank. Choose a customer journey or service workflow that matters, agree the records in scope and establish a usable view of how the work actually runs.

We traced account setup, one service workflow in business customer onboarding.
Across the bank, other customer journeys have different needs.
Business loans. Mortgages. New deposit accounts.
Card disputes. KYC reviews. Service calls.
If each becomes another long mapping project,
less time is left to decide what to improve.
RE-ViVE starts with the records the bank already keeps.
The core. The CRM. Loan and service systems.
Source access is read-only. Nothing is written back.
The data is copied to an agreed environment: your servers, ours, or the cloud.
We work out how the records link up.
Your team helps confirm the sources and business meaning.
Once usable sources are connected and the environment is ready,
the initial view takes about ten business days.
Built from operational records, and refreshed as those records update.
Within business onboarding, add the next service workflow.
Each has its own records, steps and readiness goals.
Account setup. Then ACH setup.
Wire setup. And user entitlements, so services can be used.
Relevant records already connected can carry over.
One onboarding process. Multiple service workflows, automatically mapped.
When work changes, the connected records show the new execution.
The map updates from that evidence.
Teams can ask in plain words about the wider onboarding process.
Use the answers to guide investigation of the underlying records.
Before building with AI, model a change to an activity.
See its estimated effect on end-to-end time.
A scenario to evaluate, not a promised result.
Start with one journey you care about.
Your records. About ten business days once sources and setup are ready.
Then decide where to go next.
From records to a decision
A clear scope. A ready environment.
Then the first execution view.
- 01
Choose the question and the records.
Agree the journey, service workflows, source systems and business meaning. Your team helps confirm the context and data access.
- 02
Connect sources and establish the environment.
Use read-only source access and an agreed deployment environment. Data preparation, access approvals and environment setup are prerequisites.
- 03
Explore the initial view.
About ten business days after usable sources and the environment are ready, examine the reconstructed execution. Confirm findings with your team and decide what to investigate.
- 04
Add the next service workflow.
Within business onboarding, account setup, ACH, wires and entitlements contribute to customer readiness. Relevant connected records can carry over; each added workflow has its own scope and sources.
Timing depends on the agreed starting scope and the readiness of source access, data and the environment.
Questions before we begin
Fit the engagement
to the bank.
Is Business Account Setup the whole onboarding process?
No. It is one service workflow within B2B customer onboarding. Other services, such as ACH setup, wire setup and user entitlements, also contribute to getting the customer operating.
Where does the data sit?
Deployment is agreed with the bank: on its servers, in an agreed hosted environment or in the cloud. Source access remains read-only, with no writes back to operational systems.
What happens when work changes?
Maps reflect the connected operational records as those records are refreshed. A new step can appear when its execution is recorded. The bank retains responsibility for policy and control design.
How does What-If help prioritize a change?
What-If explores the estimated effect of a change under the scenario's assumptions. The bank evaluates the options and validates real outcomes after implementation.
A practical next step
Which customer journey would you like to understand?
